My Dad, My Uncle, My Grandmother, My Uncle.

This is one of the "Yelo" stands in La Rochelle, which prides itself on being a progressive city, first hour and a half rental of the bicycles is free and after that it's awfully damn cheap, you return them to any one of these stands that are all over the city.
They also have free electric busses, weird.
The bikes themselves are kept in good condition and are overall pretty nice, 3 speed, hand breaks, not terribly heavy, very well maintained, a cool civic program.
